I don't understand the sneeze. I'm in bed all night long, then in the morning I sneeze several times. I've been exposed to the exact same air for many hours without sneezing, then suddenly I have to.
I think there must be something supernatural about the sneeze, such as a ghost passing close by me or something.
it's the accumulation of sediments blown from your ac unit and settling ever so subtly on the tips of your nose hairs. as the night goes on others join them and with every inhale you vacuum them up into your sinus cavity. but your unconcious mind doesn't register their presence. so when you wake you sneeze to evacuate said sediments.
